Police arrest 4 after report of stolen car in Madison

(MADISON, Ind.) – A stolen vehicle report led police to finding drugs in Madison on Thursday.
The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office contacted Madison Police about a stolen vehicle that may be in the area.
A Madison police officer said he located the car in the Presidential Apartment complex.
A man that was at the apartment allegedly attempted to run from police but was taken into custody after a foot pursuit.
Police say the suspect threw a bag of marijuana during the pursuit.
He was identified as 51-year-old Eddie Gray and police learned that he had an active arrest warrant from the Indiana State Parole Board.
There was a search conducted of the residence where police say they found methamphetamine and marijuana.
36-year-old Sabrina Clark, 59-year-old Nancy Mahoney and 49-year-old Michael Martinez were also arrested as part of the search warrant.
