Police: Hope man points gun at person during argument

(HOPE, Ind.) – A Bartholomew County man is accused of pointing a gun at another individual during a fight. 

43-year-old Steven Pickett was arrested following an incident that happened at a home on Washington Street in Hope on Tuesday night. 

Police say the incident occurred during an argument with his daughter and Pickett was allegedly intoxicated.

Pickett was arrested on preliminary charges of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Recklessness.
