Police: Man arrested for meth after passing out in bathroom of bar

Happened Friday morning

(BUTLERVILLE, Ind.) - A North Vernon man was arrested after being found unconscious in the bathroom of a bar, police said. 

Jennings County deputies were called to Lumberjacks Bar and Grill in Butlerville early Friday morning. 

Deputies said they saw a man laying on the bathroom floor. 

They broke the door open and the man woke up, as police say they found illegal drugs and a large knife near the man. 

28-year-old John Meisberger was arrested and accused of having methamphetamine, paraphernalia and a handgun.
