Regional soccer team with several locals qualifies for Midwest Regional

Will play in Kansas City later this month

(CLEVES, OH.) – A regional soccer team with several local athletes have qualified for a tournament in Kansas City.
The Cincinnati West Soccer Club G06/07 Academy Elite Team has several of graduating seniors and incoming seniors.
Here are some local players that are part of the club:
Emma Parsons (Switzerland County)
Ashley Watkins (Lawrenceburg)
Riley Perkins (East Central)
Lauren Bischoff (East Central)
Riley O’Brien (Lawrenceburg)
Stevie Peak (Lawrenceburg)
Emma South (Switzerland County)
Ashlyn Jesop (Switzerland County)
They were finalists in the U.S. Youth Soccer (USYS) Ohio State Cup which qualified them for them for the USYS Midwest Regional from June 20-25.
If they are successful in Kansas City, they will have the opportunity to advance to Nationals in July.
This is the 2nd year in a row that the club has punched a ticket to regionals.
