Resource fair for those with disabilities at New Horizons on Tuesday

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – A resource fair for individuals with disabilities will be held at New Horizons in Batesville on Tuesday.
The event is intended to help those with disabilities live a full, vibrant life through employment, relationships, volunteering, peer mentoring, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and community involvement.
There will be booths dedicated to Medicaid Waiver, Employment, Vocational Rehab, Rep Payee services, Guardianship, and more.
Attendees can also meet disabled self-employed business individuals, peer mentors, self advocates and there will also be music, dancing and networking.

It takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and New Horizons is located at 237 Six Pine Ranch Road in Batesville.
The event is hosted by New Horizons Self Advocacy of Indiana Chapter, in honor of Disability Awareness Month in March.
