Ripley County Community Foundation introduces two summer interns

Ingrid Tuveson and Catherine Streator

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Ripley County Community Foundation (RCCF) is introducing two college students who are serving as interns for them this summer.

Ingrid Tuveson is a sophomore at the Painting and Interior Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

“She chose to intern at RCCF to work within her community and learn valuable skills in marketing for her future career. Ingrid’s artistic talents will be instrumental in advancing the community foundation’s marketing goals,”  said RCCF marketing officer Amy Wonnell.

Ingrid will contribute to the creation of the Annual Report and direct mailers, lead the website redesign, and play a key role in planning the 2025 Chalktoberfest event.

Catherine Streator is also serving an internship with RCCF as she just completed her freshman year at IU. The Chemistry and Spanish major will be focused on fund and grant management as well as executive operations this summer.

“Catherine was drawn to this internship with the Foundation because she cares about her community and the quality of life of every community member; and this position allows her to help Ripley County thrive,” Wonnell said.

She added, “Catherine’s passion for philanthropy will enhance our organizational capacity, contributing to strategic initiatives and helping us expand our reach and impact within the community.”
