Rushville 8U softball team wins state tournament

(EDINBURGH, Ind.) – A group of young softball players left their mark at an all-star tournament this weekend. 

The Rushville-based SE Indiana Hustle Beeler 8U team competed at the USFA All-Star State Tournament in Edinburgh. 

The girls beat two different teams to earn the tournament championship. 

“It’s really cool to see how much they’ve improved since the beginning, as they just got their first wins two weeks ago,” said head coach Meagan Beeler.

They hope to keep the winning streak going as they'll have another tournament in Edinburgh in a few weeks.
