Rushville man accused of having child-related material

(RUSHVILLE, Ind.) – A Rushville man has been arrested on charges related to having illicit materials involving children.
The Indiana State Police (ISP) initiated a 2-month investigation after receiving a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
ISP Troopers and Rush County deputies conducted a search warrant at a home on Third Street on Thursday.
25-year-old James Laird was arrested and charged with Child Exploitation and Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material.
