Semis requested for Southern Indiana Truck Convoy on August 1

(OSGOOD, Ind.) – The Southern Indiana Truck Convoy returns for the fifth year on Saturday, August 1!
This annual convoy through Ripley County raises funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
There have been more than $120,000 raised for Make-A-Wish since the convoy began.
It was started by local Walmart driver Alfred Sellers and his goal is to have at least 100 semis and trucks involved this year.
The convoy starts at 1 p.m. at the Ripley County Fairgrounds and travels 27 miles through the county before returning to Osgood.
There will be dozens of vendors, kids activities and awards given for Oldest Truck, Oldest Working Truck, Driver Who Traveled Furthest, and Company With the Most Trucks.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. and it costs just $50 per truck.
