Severe storms cause damage and flooding overnight

(DREWERSBURG, Ind.) – The daylight hours will reveal the extent of the damage following a long night of widespread storms. 

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for the majority of Southeast Indiana until 10 a.m. Thursday. 

This was a widespread storm that caused damage, downed power lines and road closures in various locations including Franklin County, Aurora, Camp Shore, Rising Sun, Jackson County and others places.

At least two homes around Welsh Drive in Drewersburg suffered significant damage, with one being destroyed.

Some other areas we've hear damage reports about is along Cole Lane in Aurora and Camp Shore.

Portions of every county in Southeast Indiana was under a Tornado Warning at one point or another last night and overnight.
