Severe storms possible Tuesday night, Wednesday

(NEW POINT, Ind.) – Severe storms are possible late Tuesday night and Wednesday. 

National Weather Service forecasters say damaging winds, hail and isolated tornadoes are possible. 

“On Wednesday, wind gusts in excess of 40 mph are possible outside of thunderstorm activity,” stated the National Weather Service.

Looking ahead, there is no rain in the forecast from Thursday until Saturday with the high temperature not exceeding 60 degrees.
