Seymour man arrested after 15-year-old gets pregnant

Being held at Jackson County Jail

(SEYMOUR, Ind.) – A Seymour man is facing charges after a teenager got pregnant. 

Police say a 15-year-old got pregnant and the father is 21-years-old. 

Investigators followed up the information and eventually arrested 21-year-old Juan Sebastian Pascual.

He has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor and is being held at the Jackson County Jail.
