Author to host book signing for second Civil War-era novel

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – A book signing will be held by one of two sisters who are both authors on February 27.

Jessica Elam and Alexandra Haliti released “Beyond the Bleeding Heart” in 2022 which is a Civil War historical fiction novel set in Gettysburg. 

Writing a Civil War-era book had been a dream of theirs since high school.

The book was reviewed by the National Park Service and is now being sold at Gettysburg National Park. 

They have released a sequel novel called “Beyond the Fields of Fire" which is also being sold in Gettysburg.

Jessica will host a book signing event from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Vance-Tousey House at 508 West High Street in Lawrenceburg.
