There were 10 students who participated in the contest

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – St. Louis School recently hosted their annual spelling bee.
There were 10 students in grades 4-8 who participated in the contest.
Fifth grader JJ Hountz was named the school winner when he spelled the word “Spritzed.”
Other contestants included Louis Thomas, Ethan Fuentes, Cooper Hountz, Frank Meer, Katie Hammond, Evan Jennings, John Raver, Wyatt Steinkamp, and Jack Tekulve.
