Solar Town Hall to be held in Sunman tonight

(SUNMAN, Ind.) – A town hall will be held regarding Solar farms in Sunman on Thursday night. 

It will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Sunman American Legion. 

Organizers say a woman who fought against a solar farm in central Indiana will be the guest speaker. 

“Hear her firsthand experience of the issues she fought and her resolutions so we can all be informed and prepared as a community to keep our rural farmland the way it is,” organizers said. 

They added, “She has also wrote very responsible and protective ordinances successfully, so it’s great to have her in our corner!”
