South Ripley junior notches 500th career point

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – A South Ripley player picked up a milestone bucket during the Raiders first win of the season on Tuesday. 

Claire Samples scored her 500th career point as the Raiders defeated Milan 65-22. 

South Ripley will be looking for their second win when they travel to Jac-Cen-Del on Saturday night. 

Head coach Brad Goldsberry added that fellow player Kaiya Rinear is getting close to reaching her 1,000th career point as well.
