St. Louis Church hosting Turtle Soup sale this week

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – St. Louis Church in Batesville is hosting their annual mock Turtle Soup Sale this week. 

The soup is available for $7 and you can access the school’s Activity Center to purchase. 

“If you have any empty quart, half-gallon, or gallon jars, or rings or lids you can spare, you can bring them to the SLS Activity Center, as jars are still needed to bottle the soup throughout the week,”  organizers said.

Hours of operation are Monday from 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will also be available on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.

The turtle soup will be for sale during the St. Louis Church Festival on Sunday until its gone.
