Strong storms, damaging winds possible tonight

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) — Strong storms are expected to roll through the area on Monday night. 

Damaging winds are the primary concern while large hail and heavy rain is also possible. 

Chris Phillips with WeatherPulse says the storm threat is evolving throughout the day. 

“A lot will depend on what develops to our northwest throughout the day, which will ultimately influence the severity of storms in our area,” Phillips said. 

The Storm Prediction Center has listed our region under a slight to enhanced risk for severe weather.

The chance of rain will continue until the early morning hours. Tuesday's forecast shows sun and clouds with highs in the lower 80's.
