(SUNMAN, Ind.) – The owners of Sunman Grocery hosted a grand reopening on Saturday.
Loveninder Singh took ownership of the grocery store last summer and is appreciative of the community support.
“The people around here are very friendly and they have helped me a lot. It has been really good and I am trying my best to give a good service,” Singh said.
A giant American flag outside of the store needed to be replaced. The native of India spent $4,000 earlier this summer to install a new American flag and fix the flagpole.
“I felt like that is a priority to bring that flag back, it didn’t matter how much it cost,” Singh added.
Sunman Grocery is offering two grand re-opening specials.
They have a large one-topping pizza for just $9.99 which is ideal for nights when you don’t feel like cooking.
