Switzerland Co. senior to continue track career in college

(VEVAY, Ind.) – A Switzerland County senior will continue his academic and athletic career in college. 

Cale Collier officially signed on Tuesday to compete in track at Hanover College. 

Collier has competed in soccer, cross country and basketball for the Pacers

He has also served as the vice president of the Switzerland County FFA Chapter and is involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as 4-H. 

His achievements both on and off the field earned him the ‘Beck’s Player With Heart’ in September. 

Collier was also recently part of a unique surprise. His friend, Luke Sullivan, had served as the basketball team manager and Collier threw him a jersey to let Sullivan know he was dressing for their Senior Night game. Watch that story here.
