Three jailed after Greensburg traffic stop

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg K9 helped authorities discover heroin and cocaine during a traffic stop.

Greensburg police officer Nick Polley stopped a vehicle on I-74 near the 132 mile marker.

According to police, the officer learned that one of the occupants had an arrest warrant.

His K9 partner was then deployed and indicated that there were drugs in the car, police said.

Police say they found the drugs as well as a firearm with an altered serial number.

31-year-old Kristofer Kinmon, 57-year-old Patricia Gregory and 36-year-old Christopher Winkler, all of Indianapolis, were arrested.

The Greensburg Police Department was assisted by the Decatur County Sheriff’s Department and Decatur County Communications during the incident.
