(NAPOLEON, Ind.) – Farmers are encouraged to participate in a unique fundraiser in Decatur County this weekend.
The fifth annual Memorial Tractor Drive honors Greensburg native Dick Kunz, who lost his battle with cancer in 2021.
Kunz was a tractor mechanic at Briggs Equipment for 25 years before he and his wife opened Kunz Farm Repair.
All proceeds from the ride on Saturday will go toward patients dealing with cancer at Franciscan Health Cancer Center in Indianapolis.
“All the money raised will go directly to the patients to help with travel and other expenses while fighting this horrible problem of cancer,” said organizer Mike Kunz.
It is a free will donation to attend and the ride will start at 1 p.m. from Kunz Farm Repair which is located at 6942 E. County Road 700 South in Greensburg.
