(DOVER, Ind.) – There were no serious injuries after a collision at the intersection of State Road 1 and North Dearborn Road on Tuesday morning.
Dearborn County deputies say a white passenger car traveling northbound failed to stop at the intersection. That same intersection had new stop signs installed last month.
The vehicle t-boned a green Toyota car that was attempting to cross the intersection, police said.
Two passengers in the white car were transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The driver was not hurt.
The driver of the green vehicle was also taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The Dearborn County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by St. Leon Fire Department, Bright Fire/EMS, Alig's Towing, and Dis-Bec Towing.
S.R. 1 was shut down for a short amount of time while the vehicles were recovered and debris was cleared.
The semi pictured in the above photo was not involved in the crash.
