(CINCINNATI) – Two local students have been awarded a competitive scholarship from the Anthony Munoz Foundation.
Switzerland County’s Kolvin Lay and Lawrenceburg’s Zachary Scribner were two of just 20 students honored this weekend with the $20,000 scholarships.
There were more than 300 applicants from across the Tri-State and the process included interviews.
Anthony Munoz Scholarship Fund recipients are chosen based on their academic achievement, ability to overcome adversity, ambition to succeed and financial need. '
