Two Milan churches to host events on Saturday

(MILAN, Ind.) – Two Milan churches will be hosting events on Saturday, November 1. 

St. Charles Catholic Church will celebrate their 20th annual Harvest Dinner from 3-7 p.m. on Saturday. 

The dinner features homemade pulled pork dinners, a country store, and several raffles with cash prizes, quilts, half hogs and more. 

Proceeds go toward continuous capital improvements to the Church grounds and cemetery. 

The cost of dinner is $15 and carryout is also available. The church is located at 213 West Ripley Street in Milan. 

Also this coming weekend, Milan United Methodist Church will host their Fall Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. 

It will feature a quilt raffle and numerous crafts, including wreaths and Christmas decorations. 

Milan United Methodist is located at 306 South Main Street in Milan.
