Vigil for Charlie Kirk held in Vevay on Thursday

(VEVAY, Ind.) –  A vigil was held for Charlie Kirk in Vevay on Thursday night.

The vigil was organized by the Switzerland County Republican Party and it was attended by more than 50 community members.

Organizers say the vigil served as an opportunity to pay their respects to Kirk for the impact he has made across America. 

The hosts specifically asked those who attended to bring a candle or a light to honor Kirk.
