(METAMORA, Ind.) – The Ripley County Community Foundation is inviting local women to the “Women’s Giving Circle: Flower Picking & Arranging" event on Wednesday, July 29.
It will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Petal Pushers U-PIC Flower Farm in Metamora.
It costs $30 and registration is required by July 24 by clicking this link.
“This event offers an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the beauty of the natural environment, and connect with women from different backgrounds and generations,” organizers said.
The Women’s Giving Circle unites women from across Ripley County and has already granted $6,000 to local organizations in 2026. They have also established a scholarship through Ivy Tech and will announce grant recipients next month.
“Whether you’re attending with a friend, a daughter, a grandmother, or coming on your own, we hope you’ll join us for an experience that cultivates both flowers and friendships,” they added.
