Young actors to perform musical in Greensburg

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Some young adults will take the stage for a performance at the Tree County Players in Greensburg this weekend. 

The show is called ‘Dreams in the Spotlight: A Young Adult Broadway Revue’ and it will take place at 7 p.m. on June 25 and June 26, as well as 2 p.m. on June 27. 

It will feature 16 local high school and college-age performers who will perform musical favorites. 

“Each performer selected a song from a character they would love to portray on stage, making this revue a deeply personal and exciting theatrical experience," said co-director Amanda Gault.

Amanda Gault and Morgan Straber are serving as co-directors.  The show is being emceed by Lauren Richards and Ethan Scheidler.  

“Audiences can expect selections from a wide variety of Broadway musicals, highlighting the passion, creativity, and talent of the next generation of performers,” Gault said.
