(CROSS PLAINS, Ind.) – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in Ripley County on Tuesday.

It happened around 7:40 p.m. in the area of State Road 129 and County Road 800 South in Cross Plains. 

One person was treated at the scene and then taken to a local hospital, officials said. 

The driver of the second vehicle was not injured. 

Agencies that assisted included the Friendship Volunteer Fire Department, Indiana State Police, Ripley County EMS and Ripley County Communications.
