(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Six professional drivers at Crum Trucking are being recognized for their outstanding performance in safety, fuel efficiency and compliance. 

Samsara is a San Francisco-based organization that provides connected operations and fleet technology platforms used by transportation companies across North America.

Samsara evaluates more than 100,000 professional drivers through their Driver Cup program for safety, fuel efficiency, and Hours of Service compliance.

They recognize only the top 1% of drivers and it turned out that Crum Trucking has six of the highest performers. 

“We are especially proud that six Crum Trucking drivers were selected for recognition among the hundreds of thousands of drivers using Samsara technology nationwide, highlighting the professionalism and dedication of our team behind the wheel,” said Crum Trucking HR Manager Alisha Flodder.

The drivers that are being recognized are:

• Alan Lewis – Efficiency Champion

• Andrew Cook – Efficiency Champion

• Terry Travelsted – HOS Compliance Champion

• Jon Miller  – HOS Compliance Champion

• Jerry Koenemann – Efficiency Champion

• Nathan Stevens – HOS Compliance Champion

Crum recently hosted an event that included a presentation from Samsara and recognition of the recipients. 

The drivers were awarded a bonus from Crum Trucking for their commitment to service and compliance.
