South Dearborn grad passed away last year

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – Friday will mark one year since South Dearborn grad Bryce Valdez lost his life in a car accident.
Valdez passed away following the single-car accident that occurred at the intersection of U.S. 50 and Hollywood Boulevard on February 14, 2024.
Family and friends have organized an 'Angelversary' ceremony which will honor Bryce on the first anniversary of his passing.
It will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the Lawrenceburg Speedway on Friday.
Community members are invited to let off lanterns and light candles.
"I only have a few lanterns so people can stop at a fireworks place and pick one up. If not just bring a candle and lighter please," his mother, Eugenia, said.
