ARI hosting monthly Artifact, Rock and Fossil Identification Day on Saturday

Takes place at ARI's facility in Lawrenceburg

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – The Archaeological Research Institute (ARI) will host their monthly Artifact, Rock and Fossil Identification Day on Saturday, February 8.


The public is encouraged to bring artifacts, rocks  and fossils to have them reviewed and possibly identified by ARI’s team of archaeologists


"Whether you know nothing or are just curious if your own research is correct, the Artifact ID team can help you with whatever you have.


It will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at ARI’s location at 126 W. High Street in Lawrenceburg.

ARI  is a non-profit organization based in Lawrenceburg that is dedicated to the study and preservation of the region’s rich history through archaeological research.
