(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – A former Batesville volleyball coach will once again lead the program.
Diane Dierckman was the Bulldogs head coach from 2000-2009 and earned a 229-73 record with four sectional titles and eight conference titles. She most recently served as an assistant coach for the program.
She replaces Kateri Paul who retired last year after several seasons at the helm.
“The volleyball program is fortunate to have a person and coach like Diane Dierckman leading it,” BHS Principal Andy Allen said. “She will bring energy to the program and draw on her coaching background to build on the team’s most recent success.”
Dierckman is a Thomas More graduate where she was a member of the volleyball team.
She and her family currently reside in Batesville. She is an innovation consultant for Kantar.
