Batesville Tool & Die names new President

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – There has been a change to the leadership of Batesville Tool & Die.
Brent Muckerheide has been named the company'S President which became effective on Tuesday.
He replaces Bob Holtel who has led the company since 2020. Holtel was recently recognized and awarded by the Indiana Manufacturers Association.
Muckerheide has been with BTD for nearly three decades and has held a variety of leadership positions including Vice President of Purchasing, Project Manager, Training and Safety Coordinator, and Purchasing Buyer.
He most recently served as Vice President of Operations and oversaw BTD’s Indiana operations, the South Carolina plant and the Tipton operation.
“Brent has spent his career with BTD, understands our business and our culture, and has demonstrated his ability to lead across our organization. I’m confident in Brent and the team he has around him, and I look forward to seeing them build on the strong foundation we have established,” said Batesville Tool & Die CEO Jody Fledderman.
As President, Muckerheide will lead BTD’s day-to-day business while working with company leadership on operational excellence, customer service, growth, and long-term success.
Muckerheide holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana Wesleyan and is active on many community boards and committees.
