Batesville Tool & Die president earns statewide honor

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Indiana Manufacturers Association (IMA) has named Batesville Tool & Die’s president as one of the “125 Faces of Indiana Manufacturing.”

Bob Holtel began working at Batesville Tool & Die as maintenance associate in 1985. 

He worked his way up the company and held several leading roles before being named company president in 2020. 

“I can’t begin to describe how vital Bob has been in the success of our Company. He has conducted himself  professionally and fairly for his entire tenure. It would be hard to find anyone more dedicated,” said Batesville Tool & Die CEO Jody Fledderman. 

The IMA has recognized Holtel as one of just 125 manufacturing professionals across the state for their contributions to the industry.
