Batesville Tool & Die recognizes students in Work-Based Learning program

A dozen local students were involved

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – A dozen local high schoolers are being recognized for their involvement at Batesville Tool & Die this school year.
The students were involved in the Work-Based Learning program at the manufacturer.
Program coordinator Toby Walsman said the students performed at a high level in their fields of study.
“These students showed excellent time management skills, dedication to education, participating in extracurricular activities, all while working in their technical field of choice to get a start on their future careers,” he said.
The students and their fields of study are listed below:
Clara Black – Batesville - Videography & Communication.
Jordan Koeller – Franklin County - Maintenance Technician.
Clint Nicholson – South Ripley - Weld Fabrication, Assembly, Tooling – Die Maintenance.
Zachary Hoff – Oldenburg Academy - Mechanical Engineering.
Carter Wehr – Batesville - Machinist.
Maxwell Richardson – Batesville - Weld Machine Assembly.
Jacob Voegele – Oldenburg Academy - Mechanical Engineering.
