Batesville volleyball honors veterans, first responders

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – Batesville volleyball honored veterans and first responders on Thursday night. 

The veterans and first responders were invited to hold a large American flag during the National Anthem.

They were joined by South Dearborn and Batesville players who also held the flag. 

The flag was provided by the Lary D. Fogle Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter in Aurora. It is available for free for other sporting events. 

The National Anthem was sung by Batesville freshman Stella Lecher.
