BCEF announces new board member

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Batesville Community Education Foundation has announced a new board member.
Nikki Luhman is a 2000 Batesville graduate and is in her 22nd year of teaching. She has obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and licensures in administration, high ability, and English Language.
She and her husband have three sons who each attend Batesville Schools.
“I have always admired how BCEF follows the research, thinks outside of the box, and acts as a trailblazer in bringing new ideas to southeastern Indiana,” Luhman said. “I look forward to being a part of this innovative group that greatly benefits learning at the Batesville Community School Corporation.”
BCEF is a nonprofit organization that provides additional funding for innovative learning opportunities that go beyond the basics in academics, athletics, and the arts in the Batesville public schools.
