(MILAN, Ind.) – A benefit account has been launched following a tragic crash in Dearborn County on Friday.
Jordan and Sierra Walters, of Milan, were husband and wife and they were both killed in a head-on collision on State Road 350 near Aurora.
“The Walters’ two small children, who were back seat passengers of the vehicle, sustained injuries and were both transported to area hospitals for treatment,” Indiana State Police Sgt. Stephen Wheeles said.
The driver of the other vehicle was a Moores Hill man and he was rushed to a Cincinnati hospital where his current condition is unknown.
Friends tell us that the Walters family was en route to a youth baseball game in Milan.
An account called “Jordan and Sierra Walters Family Benefit Account” has been established at all Napoleon State Banks.
The funds will go toward medical costs for the boys, funeral costs and future assistance for the two young children.
A Go Fund Me has also been created and you can access it by clicking this link.
