Will open for the first time on Tuesday

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – Two locally-owned businesses are joining forces in Versailles beginning today.
Michael Eddy's Pizza & Specialty Sandwiches has been in business in Versailles for more than a year. It is owned by Michael Rees.
Carbonation Station is a Batesville-based mobile operation owned by Luke Adams and Fred Roberts. They specialize in ‘dirty sodas’ which is a soda pop with the addition of flavor shots, creamers and purées.
A permanent Carbonation Station location will open inside Michael Eddy’s on Tuesday, October 28.
Adams said the unique soda business brings excitement to the customers who stop by.
“What we do is simple, but I’ve seen how these drinks can make someone’s day become better,” Adams said.
Adams expressed his gratitude and excitement to join forces with Rees and they look forward to welcoming the community.
The permanent Carbonation Station location will be open Mondays through Saturdays, while Michael Eddy’s will continue with its current schedule of Wednesdays through Sundays.
Michael Eddy’s has more than pizza and sandwiches as they also recently announced the addition of Big JT’s BBQ, whose owner has won numerous meat smoking competitions.
Carbonation Station will continue to offer their mobile operation in Batesville and other communities as well.
The restaurant is located at 508 South Adams Street in Versailles.
