Rising Sun Council to have executive session

(RISING SUN, Ind.) – Rising Sun City Council has called for an executive session at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 5. 

The executive session will focus on the discussion of an item that includes the initiation of litigation, or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing, or to have communications that are subject to attorney-client privilege. 

As used in this clause, "litigation" includes any judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law. 

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Common Council of the City of Rising Sun, Indiana shall occur on the same date at 6 p.m. or at the conclusion of the Executive Session, whichever is later. 

Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers in the Rising Sun City Building located at 200 North Walnut Street.
