(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Decatur County-based nonprofit has been selected for a statewide fundraising initiative.

Champions of Youth (formally Big Brothers Big Sisters) has been invited into the Indianapolis Gives Challenge this year.

The Indianapolis Giving Challenge is a 10-day online fundraising competition presented by Eli Lilly.

It is taking place until December 11 and nonprofits compete to raise the most funds for cash prizes.

For us, it comes at a crucial time. We are currently behind on our annual fundraising goal, and the support raised through Indianapolis Gives will directly help us continue providing mentorship, connection, and meaningful experiences for the kids in our program,” said Champions of Youth caseworker Emily Greiwe.

Champions of Youth makes it their mission to help youth build confidence, develop healthier relationships, discover new interests, and feel truly seen and supported.
