WWII veteran celebrates 99th birthday with community

All living WWII veterans in Dearborn County in attendance

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – There are four World War II soldiers who are still living in Dearborn County and they were all together on Friday. 

It was an opportunity to celebrate Navy veteran George Klopp who will turn 99-years-old on Sunday. 

Family, friends and community members stopped by the birthday party at the  Lawrenceburg Eagles. 

Klopp was joined by WWII veterans J.C. Lewis, Clarence Cook and George Lingg.
