Community encouraged to line Lincoln Street for girls send off

Will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Community members gave the Lady Pirates a big sendoff ahead of the state championship Saturday afternoon.

The team left the high school at 3:30 p.m. to travel to Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. 

Fans lined Lincoln Street to cheer on the girls as they left town. 

The Lady Pirates will face Norwell at 6 p.m. and you can watch the game online only through IHSAA TV.
