Crews respond to structure fire near Napoleon

UPDATE (5:30 P.M. SUNDAY)

Nobody was hurt in the fire which occurred in a pole barn that serves as a workshop and also houses tractors and other equipment.

Napoleon firefighters say it was an electrical fire.

Firefighters were on scene for approximately 5 hours on Sunday and Napoleon was assisted by Millhousen, Osgood, Versailles and Delaware fire departments.

FIRST REPORT (11 A.M. SUNDAY)

(NAPOLEON, Ind.) – Several departments have responded to a structure fire in Ripley County on Sunday. 

The incident is occurring at a property on County Road 850 North near Old Michigan Road.

Some agencies on scene include the Napoleon Fire Department, Osgood Fire Department, and the Delaware Fire Department.
