Dearborn County Pride to take place in Lawrenceburg on June 29

Will be held at Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – Community members are invited to Dearborn County Pride on Sunday, June 29.

It will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds. 

The event is organized by the nonprofit organization Dearborn County Pride which is dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for the LGBTQ+ community in Dearborn County. 

“Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ youth, their families, and allies,” said organizer Kate Weinbender. 

The family-friendly event is free to attend and will include music, games, drag performers, story hour for children, various vendors and food and drinks.
