Decatur County Court Services to host parent sessions in 2026

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Decatur County Court Services will be hosting sessions to provide real-world information, connection and hope to parents.
Operation Parent will consist of five mini-sessions in 2026 that aims to empower parents with topics ranging from caregiver role, technology, alcohol, nicotine, drugs, mental and emotional health, and risky behaviors.
“Each night there will be an opportunity for a door prize for attendees and if you attend all the sessions, you will be entered into a raffle for a final prize at the end,” said Juvenile Probation Officer Gracie Maxwell-Shonk.
The mini sessions will have presenters that specialize in each session, including the Department of Child Services, Indiana Treatment Center, Centerstone, and Juvenile Probation.
