Dillsboro Veterans Walk on display for Veterans Day

(DILLSBORO, Ind.) – The Dillsboro community is continuing their tradition of honoring those who served this Veterans Day. 

The Veterans Walk is located near the intersection of North and Front Street and it features hundreds of yard signs. 

Each yard sign pays tribute to a local veteran by listing their name, branch and medals received, as well as if they were a POW or made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Dillsboro Heritage Legacy is responsible for gathering information and ordering signs and the Dillsboro American Legion Post puts on the display during Veterans Day and Memorial Day every year.
