Eagle Scout installs U.S. flag collection box in Lake Santee

(LAKE SANTEE, Ind.) – A local teenager has created a way for community members to retire worn or damaged U.S. flags.

Alexander Tebbe is an Eagle Scout for Troop 578 in Greensburg. 

For his Eagle Scout project, he has installed a collection box for retired flags in Lake Santee. 

The collection box is at the Clarksburg Community Volunteer Fire Department Station #2. 

The fire station is located at 9759 South CR 350 North in Greensburg.
