EC grad earns conference honors after 4 touchdown game

(CINCINNATI) – East Central graduate Eli Aston is getting recognition for his performance on Saturday. 

Aston is a wide receiver for Mount St. Joseph University. He had 14 catches for 148 yards and 4 touchdowns against Hope College on Saturday. 

He was named offensive player of the week by the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. 

This marks the second time this season that Aston has earned the conference award. 

The former state champion was also named HCAC Offensive Player of the Year in 2024.
